Weleda Animal Journey & Spirit

In many cultures people live their lives in communication with other-than-human companions. Some believe that each of us have at least one primary Animal ally, and perhaps others at various times, as well as visits from any number who wish to share their wisdom with us as we reach and overcome obstacles, decisions etc.

It is not uncommon to find your Animal companion has been speaking to you in your dreams, sometimes stretching back to childhood.

When we Journey to meet our Animal Guide we choose to seek out this support. Even if it is the first time we have embarked on a quest of this sort, we agree to lay our doubt aside, and trust our imagination. Doing this in a Circle, holding intention together, is very helpful. As facilitator, I will guide you through with a meditation, and use my drum to help to hold focus.

After the Journey we will have a space to share our encounters and help each other to assimilate and begin a relationship with our new friend. For many people this experience is a catalyst for a whole web of connection, all accessible through the Heart’ s wisdom and trusting our imagination.
